Nine months ago, I was being welcomed in to Tepee Design as their new Project Manager. “Hi! Welcome to Tepee”. The last 9 months has seemed like a massive whirlwind and I have just had the thought that I am still the newest member of the team. Together we have achieved so many great things in such a short space of time. To name but a few, we have overhauled all of our processes, changed how we work, moved into new premises and re-branded to Scaffold Digital.

Starting a new job can be daunting for anyone, but the level of change that has happened in such a short period of time is unimaginable. Looking back, I don’t think I would have been 100% sure it would all be achievable to go live for the new financial year (01.03.2018) as the new ‘us’, but it has been a really rewarding process and here we are at the 1st of March 2018.

I have mentioned above that I am the newest member of the team. However, I don’t think I have ever felt like that. Even from the early days it was evident the team were strong, clearly lead and they welcomed me straight away as one of them. There was vision, drive and strategy to make a difference to businesses with the solutions we provide. Standing here today, it feels like we are starting tomorrow with a totally new company. We have a clean slate to shape our future, both personally and industry wide. It has been a real team effort to push forward with everything that we have in the last nine months and our sense of togetherness as a result of it will be vitally important to us moving forward. We understand how important people are to a business. It really is the crux of making something, anything a success.

As of nine months ago Scaffold Digital didn’t have a Project Manager. Again, I remember thinking at the time “this is going to be a big task”. However, the team have been amazing to work with. They have been open to change and were willing to try new things. As a result of this we have changed our full management structure, how we work, how manage our clients and most of all how we work as a team. We now have structures that allow us to deliver high value projects to clients with the least impact on them and their business. Always true to our vision statement: “We deliver digital solutions that empower business”.

I truly believe this is the case. I truly believe we give businesses solutions that will give them tangible results. Tangible results that mean success for both of us. We all need a reason to push more and more every day and our reason is our clients and our passion to give businesses the solutions they require to make positive change.

2017/18 has been an exciting time for us at Scaffold Digital. The company is officially ten years old this year and I feel like I couldn’t have joined the team at a better time. Moving forward we have a clear strategy to grow and be successful. I am confident we have the team and the clients that can make that possible!
