What does the job involve?

As a Product Designer, you will leverage your design expertise and user-centred approach to create innovative and intuitive digital experiences that delight users, drive engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our products.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualise and communicate design concepts.
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment and implementation.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design practices.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align design goals.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Who you’ll work with

  • Cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Marketing and branding teams to ensure design consistency across platforms.
  • Clients or external partners, depending on the nature of the projects.

Experience

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or InVision. 
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
  • Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
