Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including task schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and obtaining feedback from stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, motivating and supporting team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure the adherence to project management methodologies and best practices, continuously improving project delivery processes.
  • Monitor project budget and resource utilisation, ensuring effective allocation and management of project resources.

  • 5 Years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the consulting sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), and proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, technologies, and quality assurance principles.
  • Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management within project environments.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
