PRODUCT MANAGER
At Scaffold Digital, we are passionate about creating value-driven digital solutions. We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join us.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of software solutions on behalf of our clients, working closely with cross-functional remote teams to deliver value-driven outcomes for our clients.
What does the job involve?
As a Product Manager, you will lead and manage software projects, collaborating with cross-functional, remote teams to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients and creating solutions that create meaningful impact.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, from project initiation, requirements gathering and planning to the sprint-based rhythms, ensuring valuable deliverables with the project constraints.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, communicating effectively and managing their expectations.
Develop and lead strategic project planning and ensure alignment with business goals with resource allocation and budget management.
Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and expectations.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project delivery.
Monitor project progress, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure project timelines are met.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and obtaining feedback from stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, motivating and supporting team members to achieve project objectives.
Ensure the adherence to project management methodologies and best practices, continuously improving project delivery processes.
Monitor project budget and resource utilisation, ensuring effective allocation and management of project resources.

Experience
5 Years of experience in technical project management/project management/product management, preferably in the consulting sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Proven ability to lead projects using Agile methodologies (scrum), showcasing a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Deep understanding of software development processes and technologies to allow effective communication with the development team and to make informed decisions.
Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management within project environments.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
