We have worked with the Warmflow team since 2012. We are now embedded in their in-house team to accommodate all of their digital requirements. Warmflow had a desire to overhaul their website in full. They needed a platform that would allow them to stand out against their competitors, with an improved user journey for their target audience(s) and a fully mobile optimised solution.

Warmflow have two main target audiences, homeowners and trade customers. They wanted the new website to act as a sales funnel to both, getting them to the most important/relevant content on the website with the minimum number of interactions. The new website also had to deal with multi-lingual requirements. Warmflow have a number of bases across the globe and needed a website solution that would allow them to serve their customer base both inside and outside of the UK. This meant that our choice of CMS was very important as we developed an English website, alongside a Spanish version. We decided to use Craft 2 as it allowed us to have one CMS login for both websites, it is user-friendly and very manageable.


Warmflow have a fully mobile responsive, content managed website that allows for multi-lingual functionality. Warmflow have a strong foundation in which they can build on to enhance their digital presence. Customers and installers can quickly and easily find the content they need within two or three clicks. We continue to work with Warmflow across web, app and software.

The biggest compliment I can pay them is that we do not view their team as an outside company who do work for us but more as an integral part of our business, like our own internal web & software department.
